I had issues with needing help cleaning and taking care of the boys and I used these couple of websites to help me find what I was looking for
www.enannysource.com
www.Gonannies.com
www.Nannies4hire.com
www.sittercity.com
Most of them cost a little money but I usually found someone for the amount of time I needed them for. Hope this helps.

It's super important not to push a child if they are not ready. Encourage them to sit on the potty and make it fun. I would sing the "Potty Song" with my daughter. Everytime she sat down I would clap and say things like, "Yay! Brooklynn, what a big girl!" Stckers work awesome as a form of rewad. Keep a pack in the bathroom cabinet.

My first advice to you is to get those thick underwears from walmart.....don't use pull ups they only prolong the process. Make sure the Teachers know that you are in the process they will help you out a lot. Good luck!

Don't toss those pumpkin seeds! Toast or roast pumpkin seeds in your microwave in no time at all. They can be salted or spiced to suit your palate. The shells are edible and are a good source of fiber.
Prep Time: 10
Cook Time: 1
Ingredients: Pumpkin seeds ~ Cooking spray ~ olive oil ~ or butter
Optional: Salt, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, or other seasoning of choice
Preparation: Rinse pumpkin seeds. Use your fingers to remove all the pulp. Drain pumpkin seeds and discard pulp. Spread out on a cookie sheet to dry overnight. - Preheat oven to 250 F. Line a baking sheet with non-stick foil. - Toss pumpkin seeds in olive oil, butter, or spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, cayenne pepper, or your choice of seasonings. Toss to coat. - Bake about 1 hour, tossing every 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown. - Cool pumpkin seeds before eating. Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 3 months or refrigerate up to 1 year. - If you like your toasted pumpkin seeds extra-salty, soak overnight in a solution of 1/4 cup salt to 2 cups of water. Dry an additional day, then proceed as above. Note: Pumpkin seeds are also known as pepitas.

S'mores are an easy and tasty snack even the kids can help make.
Ingredients:
4 whole graham crackers
1 milk chocolate candy bar, approximately 1 1/2 ounces
4 large marshmallows
Preparation:
Break the graham crackers in half. Break chocolate bar into 4 sections. Place 1 chocolate bar section on a graham cracker half; top with 1 marshmallow. Repeat with 3 more graham cracker halves, 3 remaining pieces of chocolate and the 3 remaining marshmallows. Place on a paper towel and Microwave on HIGH for 10 to 15 seconds, or until marshmallow puffs. Top with second graham cracker half and press gently. Let stand for 1 minute to soften the chocolate a little more. Serve warm. Makes 4.

Pudding Cookies
These cookies are easy enough for the kids to mix up with little help.
Ingredients:
1 cup self-rising flour
1 package (3.4 oz) instant pudding mix, Vanilla or French Vanilla
1 egg, lightly beaten
5 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation:
Combine first 4 ingredients; stir until well mixed. Stir or knead in chocolate chips. With hands, form small balls of dough; place on unbaked baking sheet. These cookies don't spread, so you may want to flatten a bit. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Makes 1 to 2 dozen, depending on size.
